Lovol Heavy Industry CO., LTD (Hereinafter referred to as Lovol) is a large-scale industrial equipment manufacturing enterprise primarily specialized in agricultural equipment, construction machinery, vehicles, financial services and other businesses. Founded in 1998, the company now has total assets of 2.2 billion Euros and 15,000 employees. In 2015, the sales revenue reached up to 2.95 billion Euros. Lovol is the largest agricultural equipment manufacturer in China, with yearly production of 100,000 tractors, 50,000 combine harvesters, 120,000 diesel engines and nearly 350,000 sets of axles and transmissions. To keep up with international standards in R&D abilities, Lovol has established the global R&D system with R&D centers in Italy, Japan and China. For years, Lovol has been introducing quality resources globally in terms of product, technology and personnel and utilizing the strengths of team, system, culture and management to realize value addition and creation in all links of value chain and keep the core technology up with the international standards. Lovol is also active in global markets. Lovol started with the R&D center in Bologna Italy in 2011, at the heart of “Motor Valley” of Emilia Romagna. The main objectives include the design of 100 to 260 HP tractors. Also, during these initial years of the project the historic Italian Arbos brand was recovered and new life breathed into it, and the industrial know-how of the glorious Arbos combine harvesters will be launched on the market. In 2015, MaterMacc, a manufacturer of “high-tech” planting and sowing machines, and Goldoni, a leading manufacturer of specialized and orchard tractors were acquired as a part of Lovol’s globalization.
